Usage:

The single-drum winch is a construction tool used for erecting high-voltage transmission and transformation lines as well as laying underground cables. It can smoothly and conveniently perform lifting and pulling operations such as tower assembly and erection of conductor (ground) wires under various complex conditions. Specifically, it boasts advantages such as compact size, flexible operation, and easy portability.

Features of a single-drum winch

1. The powertrain and transmission are driven by belt drive or shaft coupling, and equipped with a transmission clutch. The transmission features a two-speed gearshift.

2. There are two types of braking devices: an automatic clamp brake and a clutch-driven interlocked brake, both of which provide braking action in both forward and reverse directions.

3. If the prime mover fails during machine operation and the lifted object is left suspended in mid-air, you can activate the hand-crank mechanism to lower the lifted object back to the ground.

4. The grinding core features a V-shaped design, effectively preventing the steel wire rope from slipping out of the grinding core during machine operation.

5. The power source can be customized with either a diesel engine or an electric motor according to customer requirements.
