Usage:

The double-drum winch is a construction tool used for erecting high-voltage transmission and transformation lines as well as laying underground cables. It can smoothly and conveniently perform lifting and pulling operations such as tower assembly and installation of conductor (ground) wires under various complex conditions. Specifically, it boasts advantages such as compact size, flexible operation, and easy portability.

Features of the double-drum winch

1. Adopting a fixed-axis design concept eliminates the torsional forces generated by the drum shaft during operation of conventional dynamic-axis double-drum winches, thereby enhancing the stability of the winch during operation.

2. The powertrain and transmission utilize belt drive or shaft-coupling drive, and are equipped with a transmission clutch. The transmission features three gear ratios for higher transmission efficiency.

3. There are two types of braking devices: an automatic clamp brake and a clutch-actuated interlocking brake, both of which provide braking action in both forward and reverse directions.

4. If the prime mover fails during machine operation and the suspended load remains in mid-air, you can activate the manual crank mechanism to lower the suspended load back to the ground.

5. The shift lever is equipped with a downward-pressing, rebounding self-locking mechanism that effectively prevents the gear from disengaging during machine operation.

6. The power source can be customized with either a diesel engine or an electric motor according to customer requirements.
